Customer Service Representative & Dispatcher
The customer service representative is one of the most important positions in our company; they are the first point of contact for our customers and vendors. You are responsible for making a great first impression – there may never be another chance.

Our outstanding customer service representatives:

  • Serve customers with a positive attitude, enthusiasm, dignity, and respect.
  • Are able to clearly communicate verbally and in writing.
  • Thrive is a high paced environment, handling customers, vendors, and service techs.
  • Maintain preferred customer agreements, including billing, scheduling, and renewals.
  • Record pertinent details of service requests and communicate them to the technician.
  • Manage customer data, work orders, time sheets, and vendor invoices.
  • Call customers about their experience with our company.
  • Assist fellow employees when called upon to do so.










Plumbing Service Technician
The plumbing service technician is usually the second point of contact and must be neat and clean, knowledgeable about a great number of plumbing repairs, and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Present options on every call and assist the customer in making the best decision for their home or business.

  • Are familiar with all aspects of plumbing repair including tankless and tank water heaters, plumbing fixtures, faucets, water and waste pipe replacement.
